How to book a room
Individuals and organizations booking fewer than 10 rooms can use the housing portal. Groups seeking 10 or more rooms can request group housing. Association participants should use the reservation link provided by their organization, since Clean’s association partners have dedicated housing options.
The official program offers negotiated event rates. Reservations made through unauthorized third-party companies are not guaranteed by the hotel, and Messe Frankfurt warns attendees may have no recourse if those bookings are not honored.
Association hotel options
The Fontainebleau Las Vegas is the CLA headquarters hotel. Resorts World Las Vegas is the Association for Linen Management headquarters hotel.
Caesars Palace is the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute headquarters hotel. Sahara Las Vegas serves as the headquarters hotel for the Textile Care Allied Trades Association and TRSA.
A dozen other hotels are included in the Clean housing program.
Las Vegas also draws visitors for entertainment dates, including New Kids on the Block’s October 2026 residency run. Clean Show attendees are booking around the convention schedule.
Attendees can book through the official Clean Show housing link or use the reservation link supplied by an association. Either route keeps the reservation within the authorized block and avoids relying on a third-party booking the hotel may not honor.
