The Pesto di Rucola features arugula, grana Padano, garlic, and lemon zest, while the Pesto di Pistacchio includes toasted pistachios, Granarolo pecorino Romano, basil, oregano, and parsley.
Pizza is also on offer. The vacanze Romana pizza comes topped with mozzarella di Napoli, Leccino olives, cherry tomatoes, arugula pesto, Ferrarini 18-month prosciutto di Parma, pecorino fondue, and olive oil.
