SoulBelly BBQ is bringing a Las Vegas spin to Labor Day weekend with The Big Jiggly Cookout, scheduled for Saturday, September 4, and Sunday, September 5, at its Arts District location in Downtown Las Vegas. The event will feature a special barbecue platter for dine-in guests, live music, and a range of take-home packages designed for holiday gatherings.
Chef | Owner Bruce Kalman, known for his approach to classic barbecue, will offer a Labor Day Plate priced at $49 per person (plus fees and gratuity). The platter includes smoked prime rib, jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage, Carolina pulled pork, watermelon salad, smoked tomato and charred corn succotash, and access to an ice cream sundae bar. Guests 21 and over can choose Soulbelly BBQ Jiggly Meat Beer, while soft drinks are available for all diners. The Labor Day Plate is available for dine-in only, with the full regular menu also offered throughout the weekend.

Pickup dates are set for Saturday, September 5, with orders due by Thursday, September 3, and for Sunday, September 6, with orders due by Friday, September 4.
