The announcement was made August 26 at a ceremony held at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, as Michelin marked its return to the city after a 17-year absence.
The Bib Gourmand distinction is awarded to restaurants that offer exceptional food at a great value, according to Michelin. Esther’s Kitchen joins a select group of Southwest restaurants honored in the inaugural edition of the guide covering Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.
