Fontainebleau Las Vegas has launched The Experience Collection, letting Fontainebleau Rewards members redeem points for Las Vegas attractions like helicopter tours and stadium visits, starting June 2024

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is taking its casino loyalty program beyond the gaming floor, introducing a new way for guests to experience the city. The resort has launched The Experience Collection, a program that allows Fontainebleau Rewards members to redeem their Bleau Points for a curated selection of Las Vegas attractions and activities.

The Experience Collection, which debuted in June 2024, offers nearly two dozen options, including helicopter tours, supercar racing, guided visits to Allegiant Stadium, and entry to popular destinations such as the Neon Museum and AREA15. The program is managed in partnership with Vegas.com, enabling Fontainebleau to provide access to a wide range of experiences without negotiating individual deals with each provider.

How the Program Works

Fontainebleau Rewards members can use their Bleau Points to book experiences at a 2-to-1 redemption rate. For example, redeeming 2,000 points would cover $1,000 worth of experiences. The resort has also expanded the ways members can earn points, with table games now generating Bleau Points for the first time. According to the property, table games players receive three cents in points for every dollar of rated play.

This approach is designed to make the loyalty program a gateway to the broader Las Vegas experience, rather than limiting rewards to on-property spending. Fontainebleau’s senior vice president of slot marketing and operations, Kevin Sweet, said the goal is to let guests use their casino currency as a “passport to all things Vegas.”

Strategy for the North Strip

The move comes as Fontainebleau Las Vegas continues to establish itself on the north end of the Strip, an area that does not benefit from the same level of walk-in traffic as more centrally located resorts. Since opening in December 2023, the $3.7 billion, 67-story hotel-casino has introduced several initiatives aimed at attracting both locals and visitors, including complimentary self-parking for Nevada residents and Fontainebleau Rewards members, as well as the Locals Only program, which features discounted dining, spa, and entertainment offers.

The Experience Collection extends this strategy by encouraging guests to use Fontainebleau as their base while exploring the city’s attractions. The resort hopes this will give visitors another reason to choose Fontainebleau, even if their plans include activities elsewhere in Las Vegas.

What’s Included and How to Redeem

The full list of available experiences can be found on the Fontainebleau Las Vegas website. Options range from adventure activities to cultural attractions, with bookings handled through Vegas.com. Members interested in redeeming points for experiences can do so directly through the resort’s loyalty program portal.

Fontainebleau’s approach reflects a broader trend among Las Vegas resorts to enhance guest loyalty by offering more flexible and citywide rewards. As competition for visitors intensifies, especially on the north Strip, such programs may become increasingly important for attracting and retaining guests.
