The Henderson towers have topped out, with glass installation underway. Prices start at $5.15 million, and the project targets completion in Q4 2027.

On October 12, 2026, the North and South towers of Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas reached their full height in Henderson. At that point, 148 of the project’s 171 residences were under contract, about 86.5% of the total. Reported sales had reached $950 million, leaving 23 residences, or roughly 13.5% of the planned inventory, available. The developers said they aim to sell the remaining homes before construction is complete.

Glass installation is underway as crews enclose both buildings ahead of interior finish work. The project is targeting an opening in the fourth quarter of 2027.

The 24- and 25-story towers sit in MacDonald Highlands, at the foot of the McCullough Mountains on Henderson’s western edge. The listed address is 400 Rock Peak Drive, Henderson, NV 89012, about 15 miles from the Las Vegas Strip and 10 miles from Harry Reid International Airport.

Residences range from two to five bedrooms. Interior space runs from 2,300 to 8,400 square feet, while outdoor living areas measure up to 3,500 square feet. Prices start at $5.15 million.

Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo designed the project. Azure Resorts & Hotels is developing it, with Luxus Developments and Two Roads Development as partners. Suffolk is the general contractor.

MacDonald Highlands includes custom-home lots and larger development projects. Architectural controls govern building height and materials. They also cover site placement. A separate resort expansion is underway at Durango Casino & Resort.

Residents are slated to get access to 90,000 square feet of amenities. The plans include four pools with private cabanas and a Four Seasons Fitness & Wellness Center. Pickleball courts and spa treatment rooms are also planned, along with a golf simulator and screening room. Children and teenagers will have separate lounges. Kids for All Seasons will provide programming for younger residents.

Apartments.com also lists a pool and cabanas among the property’s features. Its listing includes a spa and office space, as well as a terrace. Controlled access and elevators are also listed.

Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group is the exclusive culinary partner. A restaurant is planned for the North Tower. A director of residences will oversee 24-hour concierge and security. The role will also cover residential services.

Residences are planned with semi-private elevators and private garages. Wimberly Interiors will offer furnished options in collaboration with RH Contract. Penthouses and junior penthouses will have private plunge pools. Certain garden residences will have them as well.

With both towers topped out and exterior glazing in progress, the project is moving toward a weathertight stage before interior finish work. The North Tower rises 24 stories; the South Tower reaches 25. Ownership inquiries are being accepted for the 23 residences still available.

Suffolk is also working on the Durango Casino expansion in the Las Vegas Valley. The Las Vegas Sun reported on October 7, 2026, that Suffolk hired Jeff Wood and promoted Chris Anderson as part of a regional leadership expansion.
