PRINTING United Expo 2026 brought 27,000 attendees and over 850 exhibitors to the Las Vegas Convention Center for three days of industry innovation and networking. The event returns to Las Vegas in September 2027.

Before the last booth packed up, PRINTING United Expo 2026 had already locked in most of its floor space for next year. The Las Vegas Convention Center saw 27,000 registered attendees from 100 countries and more than 850 exhibiting companies, according to PRINTING United Alliance. That’s a big footprint.

This turnout cements Las Vegas as a magnet for global conventions and business events. The 2026 expo filled about one million square feet. That’s 9 million pounds of equipment and tech on display. It’s up by over half a million pounds from last year’s show.

During PRINTING United Expo 2026, the new Board of Directors for 2026–2027 was officially appointed, highlighting the event's importance as a venue for key industry decisions.

Technology and business take center stage

The show floor buzzed with new product launches, hands-on demos, and a packed schedule of education sessions. Artificial intelligence, automation, workflow tweaks, and production efficiency stood out. The PRINTING AI Pavilion gave visitors a close look at real-world AI in print. The new Spill the Ink District became a busy spot for networking. The ASI Pavilion linked print service providers with the promo products world.

But it wasn’t just about tech. The Apparel Zone, Women in Print Alliance events, live installer demos, and Print Mastermind x Spill the Ink roundtables kept crowds moving. More than 200 paid education sessions and special tours put attendees face-to-face with industry experts and fresh ideas. People wanted in.

Connecting industry and future workforce

The expo looked ahead, too. Student Day, expanded this year with The Foundation for Graphic Communication Education, brought 174 students and educators onto the floor. They got guided tours, watched live demos, and met employers and tech providers. For many, it was their first real look at the scale and variety of the print and graphic communications world.

According to public statements from participating companies, PRINTING United Expo 2026 served as a major launchpad for new solutions, including the debut of expanded production print offerings from Xerox, underscoring the event's role as a key platform for product introductions.

Media showed up in force. There were 140 global media professionals and over 50 media and association partners on site. The event’s reach stretched far beyond the convention center. Las Vegas keeps its reputation as a go-to for international business and industry gatherings. The city’s ability to host big events has also been noted in recent coverage of other major openings and expansions across the valley.

Momentum builds for 2027 return

PRINTING United Expo will be back at the Las Vegas Convention Center from September 14–16, 2027. Organizers say more than two-thirds of the 2027 exhibit space was already reserved before the 2026 show ended. That’s real exhibitor confidence. The official PRINTING United Expo site confirms dates and cities for the event through 2031. Long-term plans are set.

Las Vegas’ convention scene keeps proving its strength. PRINTING United Expo 2026 is a clear example of how the city draws and keeps global business events. Strong attendance, international pull, and fast exhibitor signups for 2027 show why Las Vegas stays on top for industry-defining gatherings. For the print sector, the energy on the show floor this year wasn’t just a spike. It’s proof that Las Vegas is where business happens and the future of print is being built.
