Created and produced by Devon Alarid, Punk Rock Brunch aims to deliver more than just a meal, inviting guests to participate in the action and relive the energy of the punk era—this time with mimosas in hand.
What to Expect at Punk Rock Brunch
The production features a cast of Las Vegas performers delivering live renditions of songs inspired by Green Day, Blink-182, No Doubt, Weezer, My Chemical Romance, The Offspring, and other icons of punk, pop punk, grunge, and emo. The show incorporates bold choreography, audience participation, and a playful punk attitude throughout the event.
One of the signature moments is the Ultimate Rockstars Moment, where two audience members are invited onstage for a comedic, photo-friendly re-creation inspired by Blink-182’s infamous streaking video, complete with a costumed nurse. The event is designed to be immersive, encouraging guests to sing along, laugh, and become part of the spectacle.

The brunch menu is crafted to reflect the show’s punk theme, with dishes such as an egg burrito wrapped in tin foil and sealed with an anarchy sticker, chicken fries with waffle strips served in a black charcuterie cup with hot honey, and brownies decorated with stenciled pink mohawks. Bottomless mimosas are available for an additional $18. Executive Chef Ricky Fernandez oversees the kitchen, aiming to make the food as memorable as the entertainment.
