The new outpost will mark Boom Bang’s second location, joining its original restaurant at 75 S. Valle Verde Drive in Henderson. The concept is led by Chef Aboumrad-Page, a Joël Robuchon alum and Top Chef veteran, along with Christian Page and Tony Angotti. The team is known for delivering American brasserie fare with French, Mexican, and global influences, as well as a creative cocktail program.
