Boom Bang Fine Foods and Cocktails is preparing to open a second location at 70 E Bonneville Ave in Downtown Las Vegas later this year, expanding from its original Henderson restaurant.
Boom Bang Fine Foods and Cocktails is set to expand its presence in the Las Vegas Valley with a new location planned for Downtown Las Vegas. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the restaurant will open at 70 E Bonneville Ave, inside the Las Vegas Civic Center & Plaza, which also houses the Vegas Chamber and various government offices.
The new outpost will mark Boom Bang’s second location, joining its original restaurant at 75 S. Valle Verde Drive in Henderson. The concept is led by Chef Aboumrad-Page, a Joël Robuchon alum and Top Chef veteran, along with Christian Page and Tony Angotti. The team is known for delivering American brasserie fare with French, Mexican, and global influences, as well as a creative cocktail program.
What to Expect at the Downtown Location
While a specific opening date has not been announced, co-owner Elia Aboumrad confirmed to What Now Las Vegas that the Downtown Las Vegas location is in the works. Further details about the menu or design have not yet been released, but the restaurant’s website emphasizes a focus on craveable, high-quality dishes designed to appeal to both locals and visiting food enthusiasts.
Boom Bang Fine Foods and Cocktails is recognized for its elevated comfort food, French-inspired touches, and seasonal, vegetable-forward plates. The original Henderson location features a retro-desert aesthetic and a cocktail menu that has drawn a steady following among area residents.
Downtown Las Vegas Dining Scene Grows
The addition of Boom Bang Fine Foods and Cocktails to Downtown Las Vegas reflects the ongoing growth of the area’s dining scene. The new restaurant will be situated in a central location, making it accessible to both downtown workers and visitors exploring the Civic Center & Plaza area.
As of now, no exact opening date has been provided, but the restaurant is expected to debut later this year. More information is anticipated as the project moves forward. Residents and visitors interested in the new location can watch for updates as the opening approaches.
