The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace will host its sixth-annual Dine With a Purpose throughout September, with select restaurant menu items supporting Three Square Food Bank’s hunger relief efforts in Southern Nevada.
Several restaurants inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace are teaming up this September for the sixth-annual Dine With a Purpose, a monthlong initiative supporting Hunger Action Month in Las Vegas. Participating venues will offer special menu items, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Three Square Food Bank, the region’s largest hunger-relief organization.
Guests dining at The Forum Shops can help provide meals for local residents in need simply by ordering select dishes at participating restaurants. The campaign runs throughout September, encouraging both locals and visitors to support the cause while enjoying a meal on the Las Vegas Strip.
Participating Restaurants and Featured Dishes
This year’s Dine With a Purpose lineup includes a range of restaurants offering signature dishes for the initiative. Highlights include:
- Sushi Roku: Truffle Crab Signature Style Sushi and Tuna Tataki
- Water Grill: Ocean fresh oysters with accompaniments
- The Palm Las Vegas: Traditional Baked Alaska served tableside
- Carmine’s NYC: Calabrian Lumache Rosa with lumache pasta, spicy pink sauce, stracciatella, and basil
- RPM Italian: Signature Chicken Parmesan
- Zaytinya by José Andrés: Garides Me Anitho, featuring shrimp with dill, citrus, butter, and shallot
- Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab: Seasonal cherry pie slice
- True Food Kitchen: Classic Hanger Steak
- Café Lola: Breakfast Tacos and Chicken Tacos
- F1 Arcade Las Vegas: Fig & Prosciutto Flatbread with Manchego cheese, arugula, and balsamic drizzle
Each restaurant will contribute a portion of sales from these menu items to Three Square Food Bank, helping to address food insecurity across Southern Nevada.
How the Program Supports Three Square
Three Square Food Bank, founded in 2007 with support from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and inspired by Eric Hilton, is the only food bank serving Southern Nevada. The organization distributes food to Las Vegas, Clark, Lincoln, Esmeralda, and Nye counties, working with more than 150 community partners, businesses, schools, and government agencies.
Since its inception, Three Square has provided over 702 million pounds of food. In the past year alone, the food bank distributed 58 million pounds—equivalent to 48.3 million meals—thanks to the support of local partners and volunteers. The Dine With a Purpose campaign at The Forum Shops is one of several annual efforts that help fund these operations.
