Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is preparing to mark its 22nd annual Oktoberfest, bringing a six-week celebration of Bavarian tradition to Paradise from September 11 through October 31. The event will feature a full schedule of celebrity keg tappings, live music, and rotating German specialties, making the venue a seasonal destination for both locals and visitors.
The Oktoberfest festivities officially begin on Friday, September 11, when Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom will tap the ceremonial first keg. Each Friday and Saturday evening throughout the festival, a new lineup of Las Vegas personalities—including entertainers, athletes, and community leaders—will take part in the keg tapping tradition, keeping the celebration active through Halloween.
Celebrity Keg Tappers and Entertainment
This year’s keg tapper roster includes Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom, former UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir, Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley, Debbie Gibson, the Chippendales from Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, the cast of FANTASY from Luxor Hotel & Casino, Sunny 106.5 FM’s Joanna and Sean, magician Jen Kramer from Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, Murray and Dani SawChuck, “Pawn Stars” star Rick Harrison, magician David Goldrake, BMX athlete Ricardo Laguna, comedian Mario Adrion, The Conjurors, Olympic figure skater Oksana Baiul, and the cast of Sexxy The Show from Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce.
Live performances from The Biermeister Band will take place Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 6 to 11 p.m. MC Johann will host Saturday afternoons from 1 to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. Guests can also participate in nightly sing-alongs, dancing, games, and stein-holding competitions.
Oktoberfestbier and German Cuisine
Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas remains the only venue in the city serving the same Oktoberfestbier poured at the original Hofbräuhaus in Munich. The imported lager, brewed exclusively for the festival and featuring a 6.3% ABV, is expected to be poured in quantities exceeding 22,500 liters during the event.
Throughout Oktoberfest, the restaurant will offer daily rotating German specialties, such as Biergulasch on Mondays, Münchner Spezialitätenplatte on Tuesdays, Jäger-Hackbraten on Wednesdays, HB Räucherplatte on Thursdays, HB Oktoberfest Roulade and Schweinshaxe on Fridays, Schweinshaxe on Saturdays, and the Oktoberfest Schmankerl Tower on Sundays. Homemade Gulaschsuppe will be available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
