According to brokerage firm Colliers, which released marketing materials last week, the offering includes only the building and land, not the Hofbräuhaus business itself. Deana Marcello, a broker with Colliers, confirmed that the current ownership group is seeking to explore the market for their real estate asset while maintaining the Hofbräuhaus brand and operations at the property.

Constructed more than 20 years ago, the 18,600-square-foot building sits on a 1.5-acre lot and is a detailed replica of the original Hofbräuhaus in Munich, Germany.
