Sushi Roku at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace now serves its signature Asian-inspired menu for lunch every day starting at noon, expanding options for Strip visitors and locals seeking midday dining

Lunch on the Las Vegas Strip just got a shakeup. Sushi Roku now opens at noon every day inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. The spot, known for its creative Asian-inspired menu and lively dinner crowd, is now serving its full lineup at midday.

Until now, Sushi Roku was mostly an evening destination. That changed this week. Locals and visitors can now grab sushi, sashimi, robata skewers, and specialty rolls for lunch. No need to wait for dinner hours. Fabulous Nevada reports the restaurant has officially expanded its hours, now serving guests from 12:00 to 21:00 Sunday through Thursday, and until 22:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

Caesars Palace, where Sushi Roku is located, was founded by Jay Sarno and Stanley Mallin and opened its doors on August 5, 1966, establishing itself as an integrated resort from the very beginning.

What’s on the lunch menu

The lunch menu sticks to the hits. Guests can order Hanabi crispy rice with spicy tuna, yellowtail, wagyu, or avocado. The White Lotus Roll comes with popcorn shrimp tempura, avocado, asparagus, albacore, and crispy onions. There’s also the Tuna jalapeno, which layers spicy tuna, avocado, tuna sashimi, and yuzu olive oil. The Tokubetsu roll brings crab and cucumber, topped with toro, sea bream, black truffle pesto, and yuzu vinaigrette. Fabulous Nevada points out that Sushi Roku’s menu covers modern Japanese cuisine, from sushi and sashimi to robata-grilled plates and signature entrees. Diners get a view of the Strip with their meal.

Lunch starts at noon and runs all day. Guests can drop in for a midday bite or an early dinner. The Forum Shops location puts Sushi Roku right in the middle of Strip action. Shoppers, business travelers, and anyone after a refined lunch can get in easily. Caesars Palace itself has about 3,960 rooms and suites across six towers. There’s also more than 300,000 square feet of meeting and convention space. Meeting Today notes this steady flow of people helps fill seats for daytime dining.

Caesars Palace was originally conceived as an integrated resort, combining casino, restaurants, entertainment, and hotel infrastructure—a concept that has included a strong restaurant presence since its opening.

Happy hour and beverage options

Sushi Roku keeps happy hour going daily from 4 to 6 p.m. The menu features small plates like shishito peppers, vegetable tempura, and ribeye-wrapped asparagus. Drink specials include 2-ounce pours of Gambino prosecco, Stoneleigh sauvignon blanc, and Failla pinot noir for $17. Sake fans can get 1.5-ounce pours of Elko Fuji, Ban Ryu Honjozu, Heavensake Junmai Ginjo, and Dassai 23 Junmai Daiginjo for $34.

This lunch expansion fits a bigger trend. Strip restaurants are changing hours and menus to match new visitor habits. Recent launches, such as the one reported earlier at Resorts World Las Vegas, show operators are chasing demand for more flexible and varied dining.

What this means for Las Vegas dining

Opening for lunch puts Sushi Roku in a new spot. It’s now an option for business meetings, leisure guests, and anyone wanting a quality midday meal on the Strip. The move should draw both tourists and locals who want a sophisticated lunch without the dinner rush. With its central location and strong reputation, Sushi Roku’s new hours help make the Strip an all-day dining destination. This is a smart move for Las Vegas hospitality. Others may soon follow.
