The Corner Store, a celebrity hotspot from New York, lands on the Las Vegas Strip this November, promising its signature comfort food and martinis in a new, much larger space.

Getting a seat at The Corner Store in SoHo has turned into a challenge for New Yorkers. The place is packed with celebrity regulars and a menu that doesn’t hold back on classic American comfort food. Soon, Las Vegas will get its own version—no need for a cross-country flight or a months-long waitlist.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is set to open The Corner Store on November 9, 2026. This marks the restaurant’s first move outside New York. Reservations are already open, and the Strip’s dining scene is bracing for a rush. The venue’s reputation and menu have already made waves. Casino.org reports this will be the brand’s first outpost beyond Manhattan, with bookings available through The Cosmopolitan and by phone at 702-675-9828.

The Las Vegas location of The Corner Store will be approximately twice the size of the original SoHo restaurant, while maintaining the core food and bar concept that made the New York venue famous.

Celebrity magnet heads west

The Corner Store opened in SoHo in late 2024 and quickly became a magnet for A-listers. Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, Gigi Hadid, Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Leonardo DiCaprio, Sofia Vergara, Sabrina Carpenter, and Olivia Rodrigo have all been spotted there, according to Casino.org. That kind of attention has made the original one of Manhattan’s toughest tables. Now, the Las Vegas location gives Strip visitors a shot at the same scene—without the New York hassle.

Menu highlights and steak program

Chef Michael Vignola, together with Las Vegas Executive Chef Daniel Bernardo, will bring several SoHo favorites to Nevada. The menu features Lobster & Caviar Rolls with tarragon-celery remoulade, Five Cheese Pizza Rolls with whipped ranch, The Corner Store Caesar with everything bagel croutons and cream cheese croquettes, and a Wagyu French Dip made from 72-hour slow-roasted Westholme Australian ribeye. The Butcher’s Counter, a new addition for Las Vegas, will ramp up the steak selection with Rosewood Ranch Wagyu Tomahawk and Wagyu Porterhouse. There will also be seasonal crudos, salads, and large-format plates for sharing.

The bar will keep several martini-focused drinks from SoHo, like the Tomato Martini and Sour Cream & Onion Martini, and add Las Vegas exclusives. One highlight: a version of Oli’s Dirty Martini served with three mascarpone caviar olives. Groups can order a signature Martini Service with large-format pours for two or three. The wine list will be curated by Catch Hospitality Group Wine Director Emily Buse and MGM Resorts Master Sommelier and Executive Director of Wine Douglas Kim. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas says the bar program is in the hands of Lucas Robinson from Catch Hospitality Group and Gedeon Tsegaye, head of mixology at The Cosmopolitan, blending the original’s style with local flavor.

The Las Vegas branch will operate from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 5:00 p.m. until close on Fridays and Saturdays. Reservations are accepted via The Cosmopolitan and by phone at (702) 675-9828.

Design and hours at The Cosmopolitan

The Corner Store will take over a third-floor space designed by Rockwell Group. The layout includes a main bar, a dedicated Martini Room with a green onyx bar, a dining room inspired by vintage train cars, and a private dining room for up to 24 guests. The restaurant will open every night, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 5 p.m. to late on Fridays and Saturdays. Reservations are available through The Cosmopolitan or by calling 702-675-9828.

Las Vegas hospitality groups expand partnerships

MGM Resorts announced the opening on October 2, pointing to its ongoing partnership with Catch Hospitality Group. The two previously teamed up for CATCH at ARIA Resort & Casino. This move fits a larger trend of high-profile restaurants targeting the Strip, as seen in recent coverage of design-driven venues.

With The Corner Store’s debut, The Cosmopolitan is betting that a mix of celebrity buzz, inventive comfort food, and a martini-focused bar will draw both locals and tourists. The Strip’s appetite for new dining options is still strong, and this opening shows Las Vegas keeps pulling in restaurant brands that once only called New York home. For anyone hoping to snag a table, reservations are already ticking down.
