Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas is set to host a special edition of The Spritz Residency, bringing together four of the city’s leading mixologists for a one-night-only event on Tuesday, August 18. The gathering will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at Le Spritz, the steakhouse’s patio bar overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.
The event will feature Francesco Lafranconi, Vice President of Beverage & Hospitality at Carver Road Hospitality; Anthony DeMaria, Bar Manager at Amari; Jozef Letasi, Mixologist & Partner at Class; and Jamie Clark, Corporate Mixologist at Station Casinos. Each will create a signature spritz cocktail exclusively for the evening, offering guests a chance to experience unique takes on the classic aperitivo.
European-Inspired Patio Experience
For the residency, Carversteak’s climate-controlled patio will be transformed into a setting inspired by the French Riviera and the Amalfi Coast. The design aims to evoke a European summer atmosphere, with curated music and a focus on hospitality and aperitivo culture. The event is designed to provide a seasonal escape for both locals and visitors seeking a different side of Strip nightlife.
