The upcoming location, which will be the company’s fifth in the valley, is currently under construction at 7120 Blue Diamond Road, Suite A-100, according to owner Jerad Howard.
The new shop continues Vesta’s growth from its beginnings as a micro-roasting kitchen in 2015 to a recognized local brand known for direct-trade coffee and scratch-made food. The flagship cafe and roastery opened in the Arts District in 2016, and the company has since added locations in Summerlin and at Durango Casino & Resort.
