Wynn Las Vegas and Chef’s Table have expanded the chef roster for Wynn Revelry, set for September 18–20, bringing new masterclasses and events to the Strip’s culinary calendar.
Wynn Las Vegas and Chef’s Table have announced an expanded chef lineup for Wynn Revelry, the three-day culinary festival scheduled for September 18–20. The event, held at Wynn Las Vegas, will now feature Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana (Modena, Italy), Chutatip “Nok” Suntaranon of Kalaya (Philadelphia), and Mason Royal of Max and Helen’s (Los Angeles), joining a roster of acclaimed chefs and hospitality talent.
With these additions, Wynn Revelry’s participants collectively represent more than 30 James Beard Award honors, 30 Michelin stars, and 12 World’s 50 Best awards, according to the organizers. Bottura’s Osteria Francescana has twice topped the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, while Suntaranon was named North America’s Best Female Chef in 2025 and Kalaya earned the 2026 James Beard Award for Outstanding Restaurant.
Festival Highlights and Signature Events
The festival opens Friday, September 18, with The Icons Buffet, featuring Suntaranon, actor and Brother’s Bond Bourbon co-founder Ian Somerhalder, and “Chef’s Table: Legends” star Thomas Keller of The French Laundry. Additional participants include James Beard Award winners Susan Bae (Moon Rabbit), Nina Compton (Compère Lapin), Marcus Samuelsson (Red Rooster), Alfred Portale (Zero Bond, Sartiano’s, Wynn Las Vegas), and Sarah Thompson (Casa Playa, Wynn Las Vegas).
International talent will also be present, such as Tam Kwok Fung of Chef Tam’s Seasons (Wynn Macau), Dinara Kasko, known for her geometric pastry art, and Michael White, chef behind Santi (New York) and founding chef of Marea. Doug Psaltis (Asador Bastian) and Mark Iacono (Lucali) round out the lineup.

New this year, Revelry Revealed: Chef’s Table Experiences will offer intimate masterclasses and behind-the-scenes sessions. Highlights include:
- Trompe l’Oeil Pastry with Dinara Kasko and Flora Aghababyan: Learn 3D pastry techniques at Wynn’s Pastry Kitchen, 10 a.m. Friday, September 18.
- Secrets of Senegal’s Ataya Tea Ceremony with Serigne Mbaye: Explore West African tea rituals at Aft Cocktail Deck, 10 a.m. Friday, September 18.
- Botanical Brunch Cocktails with Christina Veira: Mixology demonstration at Wynn’s Floral Studio, 11 a.m. Friday, September 18.

The festival concludes with the inaugural Chef’s Table Honors at Delilah, an invite-only event recognizing industry leaders.
