Mothership Coffee Roasters will open its seventh Las Vegas Valley location at BLVD Las Vegas on the Strip, next to In-N-Out and Netflix House, with a grand opening set for January 1, 2027.

Mothership Coffee Roasters, a well-known Las Vegas-based specialty coffee company, has announced plans to open a new cafe at BLVD Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip. The upcoming location, set for 3747 S Las Vegas Blvd, will mark the brand’s seventh shop in the Las Vegas Valley and is scheduled to open on January 1, 2027, according to the company.

The new cafe will be situated alongside major tenants including In-N-Out and Netflix House, bringing a local coffee presence to one of the Strip’s newest mixed-use developments. Mothership Coffee Roasters, founded in 2012 by Juanny Romero and Josh Walter, has grown from its roots at Sunrise Coffee—Las Vegas Valley’s longest-running independent coffee shop—into a multi-location brand with a loyal following.

What to Expect at the New Location

The BLVD Las Vegas cafe is expected to offer the brand’s signature coffee drinks, including specialty coffee-based cocktails such as the cold brew granita with housemade bourbon vanilla, Kahlúa, and American bourbon. The company is known for its creative beverage menu and bakery offerings, which have helped build a strong community presence across its existing locations in Las Vegas and Henderson.

According to Mothership Coffee Roasters, the grand opening will feature giveaways including free coffee, branded merchandise, and a chance for guests to win free coffee for a year. The company has a reputation for lively opening events that draw dedicated fans from across the Valley.

BLVD Las Vegas and the Strip’s Changing Landscape

BLVD Las Vegas is a new development on the Strip aiming to blend national brands with local businesses. The addition of Mothership Coffee Roasters reflects a broader trend of homegrown Las Vegas concepts expanding into high-profile visitor corridors. The cafe’s location next to In-N-Out and Netflix House positions it at the center of a growing entertainment and dining hub.

Co-owner Juanny Romero has described the BLVD location as a unique opportunity to connect with both locals and visitors, emphasizing the importance of community and the brand’s vision to empower women entrepreneurs through franchising. Romero’s goal is to help transform 1,000 women’s lives by supporting them in cafe ownership as the company grows.

Mothership Coffee’s Las Vegas Roots

Mothership Coffee Roasters began as an extension of Sunrise Coffee, which opened in 2008 and remains a staple in the local coffee scene. The company now operates six main locations, including its sister shop, Sunrise Coffee, and continues to expand its footprint in the Las Vegas Valley. The BLVD Las Vegas opening will further establish Mothership Coffee Roasters as a prominent local brand on the Strip, offering both residents and tourists a new option for specialty coffee and bakery items in a high-traffic area.

The new cafe is expected to open its doors on January 1, 2027. More details about hours, menu, and opening events will be announced as the date approaches.
