Super Kyuramen, one of the fastest-growing ramen brands in the U.S., has launched its first West Coast location in Chinatown Las Vegas. The new restaurant opened on Monday, August 3, at 4525 W. Spring Mountain Road in Hotai Plaza, expanding the brand’s presence following its initial debut in Herndon, Virginia.
The Las Vegas opening marks Super Kyuramen’s second location nationwide and follows the company’s earlier launch in Henderson last December. The new venue introduces a broader menu and immersive design elements aimed at both locals and visitors seeking Japanese comfort food and late-night dining options.
Inside the New Super Kyuramen
The 5,168-square-foot restaurant features Kyuramen’s signature honeycomb seating, warm wood interiors, traditional noren curtains, and ambient lighting. Guests enter through a yokocho-inspired alleyway lined with lanterns, leading to themed rooms that evoke the atmosphere of Japanese izakayas, ramen shops, and manga cafés. A Japanese wishing tree allows diners to leave handwritten messages, adding an interactive element to the experience.
Super Kyuramen’s menu builds on its ramen roots with exclusive dishes such as the Super Kyuramen Dragon Roll, Jumbo Lump Crab Maruyaki, Toro Uni Crispy Monaka, and Kyuramen Street Cup. The restaurant also offers premium sushi, shareable small plates, and a full-service bar with cocktails, sake, Japanese beer, and mocktails. The late-night hours, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily, cater to both casual meals and group celebrations.
