Zero Bond has launched at Wynn Las Vegas, offering members exclusive access to fine dining, private gaming, and curated cigar experiences in a two-level venue overlooking the resort’s golf course.

Zero Bond has opened at Wynn Las Vegas, bringing a members-only club with private gaming tables and a cigar lounge that doubles as an art gallery. The club sits behind the main Wynn/Encore resort, with its own valet and a strict policy: only members and their guests are allowed in. There’s no daily or temporary access, even for high rollers or suite guests.

This Las Vegas location builds on Zero Bond’s New York City original, but on a larger scale. The club covers two floors, including what was once Steve Wynn’s private villa. Inside, there’s a full-service restaurant, several lounges, a screening room, four bars, and a dedicated gaming salon. The main bar is a marble oval at the center of the space, with other bars serving the gaming area, upstairs, and private events.

Inside the club

Members and their guests have access to amenities rarely found together in Las Vegas. The Fumoir, an indoor smoking lounge, has a walk-in humidor with 80 custom lockers—all currently spoken for, with a waiting list. The cigar program is a major draw, offering 18 regular selections and a rotating menu of rare and vintage cigars, including the Davidoff Zodiac collection and the Wynn Eighteen, a 2014 exclusive. Members can bring their own cigars without extra fees, and staff are trained to help with pairings and service.

Art is part of the club’s atmosphere and is available for purchase. Works by Renoir, Ansel Adams, and a Robert Indiana Love sculpture are on display, including in the outdoor garden. The club is designed to feel like a private home, with plush seating, marble table lighters, and S.T. Dupont accessories. Outdoor patios on both levels overlook the Wynn golf course and are equipped with misters and air conditioning for the desert heat.

Dining and events

The restaurant, separate from the main lounge, is led by chef Alfred Portale, known for Gotham Bar and Grill and several James Beard awards. White tablecloths and a full menu are standard, and food is served throughout the club. Zero Bond hosts monthly cigar events, educational sessions, spirits pairings, and regular programming such as guest speakers, comedy nights, and presentations. There are also boardroom and meeting spaces for corporate events.

Membership costs $2,750 per year, plus a $1,000 initiation fee. Members from New York have access in Las Vegas, but not the other way around. The club is open Tuesday through Saturday, closes earlier on Sundays, and is closed on Mondays. The address is 3131 Las Vegas Blvd. South. More information is at zerobondwynn.com.

Access and Las Vegas context

Zero Bond’s separate valet lets members skip the main casino—a rare convenience in Las Vegas. The strict membership policy is different from the usual Strip approach, where spending big can often get you into exclusive spaces. Here, even booking the most expensive suite doesn’t guarantee entry.

Las Vegas has seen more private and semi-private hospitality options in recent years, from high-limit gaming lounges to members-only bars. Zero Bond’s arrival marks another step in this direction, focusing on exclusivity through access rather than just price. This trend is visible elsewhere in the city, such as recent vehicle giveaways at Arizona Charlie’s, but Zero Bond is aimed at a more curated experience.

The club’s opening comes as Wynn Las Vegas is in the middle of a major financial move. In September 2026, Wynn Resorts announced a $900 million private placement of senior notes at 6.875%, maturing in 2035. According to Casino.org, the funds are set aside for Wynn Las Vegas, LLC, to refinance existing casino-resort debt. The offering was limited to institutional buyers and non-U.S. investors, not the general public. The new notes are senior unsecured obligations, ranking equally with other unsubordinated debt.

Placement documents show Wynn Las Vegas plans to use the funds to redeem all outstanding 2027 WLV Notes after the deal closes, expected around September 22, 2026, as reported by Investing.com. While this financial restructuring is significant for the property, Wynn has not issued a separate statement about Zero Bond’s launch or ongoing status in its main financial materials. Most independent coverage has focused on the financial event, not a new public announcement about the club.

Zero Bond’s mix of private gaming, fine dining, and a tightly controlled guest list sets a new standard for members-only clubs in Las Vegas. The art collection, chef-led menu, and cigar program are more than just perks—they signal a shift toward a more private, high-touch hospitality model. For those on the list, Zero Bond offers a level of privacy and customization that’s hard to find elsewhere on the Strip. For everyone else, the velvet rope stays up—and that’s the idea.
